Electrodes for the food industry are specially designed for measurements in solid, semi-solid and viscous samples such as meat, cheese, dough, sauces and other food products. These pH electrodes feature open pore or multi-hole diaphragms and are resistant to clogging in protein-rich media.
With robust shafts (POM, steel or glass), glycerine electrolyte and integrated temperature sensors, these electrodes are suitable for HACCP environments, quality control and process monitoring within food production.
